Fish sauce is one of the basic ingredients in Thai and South-East Asian cuisine. Fish sauce is a liquid dressing made from fish or krill that have been coated in salt and fermented for up to two years.
 
WAM® Thailand has equipped one of the leading fish sauce factories in Thailand with WAH Continuous Single-Shaft Mixers manufactured by WAMGROUP®’s MAP® Division. These mixers are now being used to mix fish and salt together before the fermentation process.
 
The fish sauce factory, established in 1954 as a small fish sauce factory in Muang District, Rayong Province, has continued to grow for over 50 years.
